A lifestyle medicine appointment at Gillvray Health allows you to explore your health goals, be they around prevention and longevity or treatment and recovery. We do not draw a line between physical and mental health and will work with you to incorporate the best evidence-based approaches to help you progress.

At Gillvray Health we know that weight loss is not just about eating less and doing more. Our critically acclaimed holistic approach starts with an initial consultation with our partners Cambridge Private Doctors, followed by a comprehensive medical assessment. Together, we will review if you are eligible for medications or would prefer a non-medical path. Then we create a bespoke programme and stay with you for ongoing support.

We encourage everyone to begin with  a Cambridge Private Doctors assessment, but if you know you are not requiring medication you may book directly with Gillvray Health.

Sleep Clinic

CBT for insomnia alongside breathwork training and lifestyle support.

Our sleep quality impacts all aspects of our health. NICE recommend CBT for Insomnia as a first line treatment because it has a success rate of over 80%.

Together we will explore your personal sleep cycle and build a strategy for change. You will learn skills you can use over again alongside our support.

Lifestyle Health Assessments

We believe prevention is better than cure. Our award-winning, evidence-based approach combines cutting-edge testing, personalised health plans, and the expertise of our multidisciplinary team.

Options include a complete package of 2 weeks continuous glucose monitoring, 4 week nutrition tracking with macro breakdown, 4 week workout plan for in the gym or at home, 4 week breath course, 1 review with each of Dr. Claire, Lucy and Caroline.
